Kathy was our Realtor. She not only sold our home but represented us when we purchased another. In my opinion, Kathy is the epitome of what a Realtor is. You can see I gave her 5 Stars across the board and I would have given 10 Stars if I could. She is simply The Best! Bar none, without a doubt! She sold our home in ONE DAY! She told us it would sell quickly and it did. We had multiple showings once listed thanks again to Kathy's expertise in listing and showing. She brought someone in to help us stage our home which went a long way in getting it sold so quickly. She was just awesome throughout the entire process of selling and buying. Always there to answer our question. Her knowledge of the local Market was perfect, like her. She was spot on with our listing price. She is simply the Best and I will always refer people to her because of her great personality, outstanding knowledge of the Market, responsiveness to her clients(us), and her great personality. Lastly, you should have her represent you just to get her Home Made Chocolate Chip Cookies which you'll get at Closing and are 'To Die For'!!!
