Kathy was nothing short of amazing! Other than being a joy to be around, she was patient with us being new to the area and wanting to find the perfect location. She was willing to look everywhere for the perfect house, and really made the home buying process fun and exciting. Kathy did not pressure us to make an offer on anything we werent 100% sure of, and also made multiple trips to ensure both my huband and myself with our busy schedules were able to see the home. Kathy also came up with creative alternatives to show us to open up our search to bigger possibilities. We are so happy with the outcome of buying our home in Colorado, and if we ever decide to buy/sell again, she will definitely be our realtor!
