She was very efficient in listing our home. Always returned calls or texts. Kathy is extremely easy to work with and has a wonderful demeanor. Our house sold before the listing went on the MLS. Unfortunately the buyer backed out three days before closing. We put it back on the market and it sold to the first people that looked at it. We were also buying another house at the time and Kathy helped keep that together for an additional three weeks.
